杨晓萍    博士 副教授 硕士生导师

女,1989-1996年就读于yabo手机版登录,分别获学士、硕士学位;2003年于yabo手机版登录获博士学位。1996年留校于茶学专业任教至今,从事茶叶生物化学、茶叶深加工与综合利用方面的教学、研究等工作,培养了湖北省优秀学士、硕士学位论文5篇。2014-2015年在Department of Food Science & Technology,University of Georgia做访问学者。

研究方向:

1、茶叶功能成分化学:主要对茶多酚、茶皂素、茶色素、茶叶膳食纤维等成分的提取、分离、功能及应用展开了研究。

2、茶叶深加工产品研究与开发:利用茶叶及其活性成分研制开发了超微绿茶粉、冷溶性速溶茶、茶透明皂、果品保鲜剂、吸水树脂、金属离子吸附剂等产品。
